The LEXUS DASHCAM App provides iPhone users with convenient access to their genuine LEXUS DASHCAM through a built-in WIFI connection. Users can easily adjust camera settings and download their memorable videos directly using their iPhone.

App Features:

  • Turn ON/OFF Adventure Mode and adjust SD card’s Adventure Mode memory allocation
  • Turn ON/OFF Parking Surveillance Mode, adjusting sensitivity, wake-up modes, and surveillance start delay functions
  • Live view feature
• For safety purposes, the app will disconnect from the LEXUS DASHCAM upon detecting vehicle movement. It is advised not to use your iPhone while the vehicle is in motion.

Camera Features:

• The LEXUS DASHCAM offers 5 unique recording modes: 3 automatic modes and 2 manual modes that can be activated using the “ACTION” button:
  1. Continuous recording: Automatically records when the vehicle ignition is on. Newly recorded files will replace the oldest ones when the SD card is full.
  2. Automatic Incident recording: Detects abnormal shocks while driving, locks, and protects the video file from overwriting for later review. Sensitivity adjustment available with a maximum of 10 protected event videos.
  3. Parking surveillance: Activates when the vehicle is parked with the ignition off, starts recording upon detecting abnormal shocks. Parking surveillance files are protected from overwriting with adjustable sensitivity and a maximum of 10 protected recordings.
  4. Manual Flagged Event recording: Allows users to capture interesting moments by pressing the “ACTION” button on the camera. The protected video segment includes 12 seconds before and 8 seconds after button activation, with a maximum of 5 manual recordings that can be protected from overwriting.
  5. Adventure Mode recording: Capture driving adventures by holding the “ACTION” button for 1 second. The mode stops protecting files either after reaching the maximum time or when the button is pressed again for 1 second. Users can protect up to 1 hour of Adventure Mode videos from overwriting.
